If you would like access to Zendesk so that you can see the status of your tickets, or to be able to access articles relevant to your company, you will need to log in.
If you have not logged in before, you will need to set a password.
To do so, follow these steps
Go to our Zendesk help centre
- Visit https://drlogic.zendesk.com/ and click "Sign in"
Request to get a password
- Click "Get a password"
Submit request for password
- Enter your email address
- Click "Submit"
- Follow the instructions that are sent to you via email
