If you would like access to Zendesk so that you can submit requests without validation, view the status of your tickets, you will need to sign into Zendesk, our support system.
If you have not logged in before, you will need to set a password.
To do so, please follow these steps
Go to our Zendesk help centre
- Visit https://support.drlogic.com and click "Sign in" at the top right of the page
Request to get a password
- Click "Get a password"
Submit request for password
- Enter your email address
- Click "Submit"
- Follow the instructions that are sent to you via email
